Privacy Policy
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about what personal information Fastdev collects from you when you visit our website and provide us with our contact information. In order to properly process and protect personal data, we comply with the Data Protection Ordinance (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the principles of good practice practiced in this area. For example, we mean your name, personal code number, address, phone number, IP address or other contact information. The policy does not form part of Fastdev’s General Terms, but is to be considered as a documentation of Fastdev’s privacy and privacy issues for non-customers.
Collection of personal data
Just visiting our websites does not require you to provide any personal information. However, we may collect certain non-personal information made available through your browser when visiting the websites such as IP address, language setting, geographic data, date and time, and cookies. Most cookies and similar technologies only collect unidentified data, such as how to get to our site or location. However, some types of cookies and similar technologies collect personal data.

We use your personal information to communicate with you regarding the provision of our services. At every contact with someone from us, we will save a note of what was dealt with in our CRM system. Newsletters are only sent to those who actively consented to this.
How do we store and protect your data?

We restrict access to your personal information to employees who need access to these services to offer you our services. We delete or unidentify personal information when we no longer need them. We only store your information as long as permitted under applicable legal basis for processing. If the process is based on your consent, we process the data only for the purpose of consent given or until its consent is revoked.
Your rights
As we process your personal information, you are entitled to request: access to your personal information; that corrected or incomplete personal information is corrected; deleting of personal data limit the continued processing of your personal data; oppose your processing of your personal data revoke consent data portability. If you wish to exercise your rights as above, you must request it in written form (contact details below) by providing name, address and e-mail address. Fastdev will promptly respond to requests as described above, and we will reply within 30 days from the date we received the request. If we do not approve your request for any reason, please complain at Data inspection Board, datainspektionen@datainspektionen.se.

Fastdev reserves the right to make changes to this Policy at any time to the extent that the changes are necessary to correct interference or to meet new legal or technical requirements. All changes to this Policy will be published on the website. The last update date is last published on this page.
