Sales Manager (Stockholm, Sweden)
Fastdev is a Swedish software development company founded in 2007 with the goal of delivering world-class software development services to its clients. Today, we are a team of around 100 specialists based in Stockholm or remote around the globe and we keep growing rapidly. The customers we work with are mainly Scandinavian companies operating in a variety of fields, like finance, insurance, edtech, well-being, tourism, automotive, e-commerce and more. The technological scope we work with is just as diverse and covers front end/back end development, machine learning, IoT, cloud services, and others.
What We Expect from You
- Relevant work experience, preferably in service or sales in a software development company;
- Endurance, focus on successes, and learn from setbacks;
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and are solution-oriented;
- Stimulated by interacting with others and by learning about different industries and roles;
- Curiosity, proactiveness, and being comfortable with appointment setting over the phone;
- Availability for a hybrid working arrangement with visits to our Stockholm office;
- Speak and write fluently in English and Swedish.
The Work
- Develop and manage B2B client relationships;
- Identify and proactively pursue new potential customers and sales opportunities through various channels;
- Communicate value propositions to prospective clients;
- Adapt and respond to client needs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
- Take responsibility for meeting sales targets;
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with company offerings;
- Innovate and create strategies to enhance client engagement.
