In early 2023, Logmaster approached Fastdev to enhance their existing visitor management system and streamline operations. Their goal was to develop an all-in-one cloud-based solution that could seamlessly handle visitor check-ins, integrate with security protocols, and offer features like QR code scanning for a more efficient visitor experience.
Our approach
A dedicated team of Fastdev developers was assembled for the project, working closely with Logmaster’s technical team. The main focus was to deliver a fully functional system quickly, while keeping development costs low.
Instead of building the platform from scratch, we decided to leverage an off-the-shelf technology stack and customize it to fit Logmaster’s unique needs. This allowed us to focus on integration work and user experience while reducing development time.

Results
The collaboration between Logmaster Systems and Fastdev culminated in the release of a new visitor management system in mid-2023. This cloud-based solution has greatly simplified Logmaster’s visitor management process, allowing them to reduce manual administrative tasks while offering an enhanced, seamless check-in experience for their clients.
Visitors can now check in using QR codes, improving both the speed and security of the process. They simply scan the QR code from their phones, complete the check-in, and receive real-time notifications and instructions. The system’s flexibility allows visitors to update their details or reschedule their appointments with ease.
On the management side, Logmaster’s team can oversee all visitor activity across multiple office locations. The system provides a comprehensive dashboard that tracks visitor flow, real-time check-ins, and generates reports to analyze visitor patterns. Additionally, the security features ensure that all visitor data is handled in compliance with GDPR regulations.
